To ensure that your package is processed correctly, please follow these steps carefully.
Firstly, include a paper with your name, order number, and name of the person we are memorializing inside the package. Secondly, place the ashes in a Ziploc bag or secured container of your choice. Additonally, we strongly recommend that you put that first ziplock bag inside of a second heavy duty, thicker, ziplock bag to add an extra layer of protection during the transportation process.

Once this is done, package them and take them to the post office. When you tell the post office clerk that you are shipping cremated remains, they will provide you with label 139 and require that it be shipped via Priority Express with tracking. The cheapest way to handle this would be to package the ashes and required information into the priority express envolope for the most affordable fees.
Once you have received a tracking number, please email us at serviceundertaker@gmail.com with your name and order number in the subject line and the tracking order number along with the name of the person/pet being memorialized in the body of the email. This will allow us to be on the lookout for your package. You will recieve a message from us once the cremated remains have come into our care.
Turnaround Time
Our turnaround time is 7 to 14 days from when the cremated remains come into our care.
