“The Canine’s Dirge”

Once upon a midnight dreary, in sorrow’s chilling shade,
A faithful dog named Argus met his fate, a debt unpaid.
His coat, a raven’s ebony, his eyes, like midnight’s gloom,
In life’s cruel grasp he withered, ‘neath the sorrow’s heavy tomb.

In dreams I hear his paws’ soft steps, a phantom presence near,
A void left by his absence, a loss too deep to bear.
With every wag and playful leap, he won my heart’s delight,
But now his noble spirit rests, embraced by endless night.

Oh, dear Argus, loyal friend, your memory remains,
Within the depths of saddened souls, forever it sustains.
Yet grief, like a relentless storm, engulfs my weary mind,
And I, in shadows’ somber grasp, my solace scarce to find.

To heal the wounds that sorrow carves, I seek a guiding light,
Through depths of grief, I’ll journey forth, reclaiming joy’s respite.
For though my heart may weep and ache, life beckons me to live,
To honor Argus’ faithful love, my spirit shall revive.

I’ll cherish tales of days gone by, our laughter and our play,
Embracing love that lingered deep, in each dear canine’s way.
In solemn moments, I shall weep, as tears release the pain,
For sorrow’s balm, when freely shed, can heal the darkest stain.

And when the night’s cold fingers grasp, my heart with icy fear,
I’ll seek the solace of kind souls, their comfort ever near.
For in the sharing of my grief, a burden shared is less,
In compassion’s gentle touch, I find my soul’s redress.

So let us mourn, dear friends, and grieve, with bittersweet refrain,
In tales and memories, find solace, in love that shall remain.
For though our beloved hound now rests in eternal peace,
His spirit lingers, gentle still, as memories never cease.

Once more, I hear his howl, his bark, on the wind’s sorrowed sigh,
A whispered secret in the night, a love that cannot die.
Oh, Argus, dear departed friend, though shadows claim your frame,
Your spirit roams, forever near, ‘midst grief’s relentless flame.

In order to create this one-of-a-kind tribute, we require no more than 5 tablespoons of cremated remains. However, you are NOT required to send the stated amount of cremated remains if you do not want to. Instead, we will substitute any remaining necessary amount with our own aggregate to complete the memorial sculpture.
